Consumption recommendation

Take 1 capsule 2 times daily preferably with a meal.

Multivitamin & Minerals

Mega Daily One Plus is our advanced multivitamin and mineral formula with 25 ingredients! It is characterized by a high dose of vitamin B complex and vitamin C, plus essential minerals including magnesium, selenium and zinc. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems and to reduce fatigue and fatigue.

It also helps to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense exercise (the beneficial effect can be achieved by taking 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C)! Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal vision as well as normal red blood cells. Folic acid supports normal amino acid synthesis.

Mega Daily One Plus provides 250% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D3! Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and immune system function and normal absorption / utilization of calcium and phosphorus.

Zinc supports normal fertility, reproduction and maintenance of normal blood testosterone levels and normal macronutrient metabolism.

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system: neurotransmission and muscle contraction including the heart muscle and also to normal protein synthesis and maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis, normal thyroid function and maintenance of normal hair and nails*.
