Complaint

You can revoke the contract within 14 days and then return the goods received. The exercise of the revocation can be made without giving reasons, is therefore not bound to any condition. The revocation must be exercised in writing within a period of 14 days from receipt of the delivered goods. The time limit is only granted if the receipt of the written notice of revocation is received by Gigas Nutrition within the time limit. For this purpose, contact our support service at info[at]gigasnutrition.com.

Food supplements are subject to a limited right of return, as are medical supplies and food.

We only take back these goods unused and in sealed original packaging.

If you use or consume these goods or a part of them, you are obliged to accept them.

For legal and hygienic reasons, a return can therefore only take place if you have merely inspected the goods; i.e.

  • not open,
  • not used,
  • not consumed,
  • not used
  • have not changed the product seal, have not broken or opened it

Products must be returned to Gigas Nutrition at the customer's expense. All goods must be insured by the customer. Refunds will be made upon receipt of returned merchandise by Gigas Nutrition, Order Return. Shipping charges and delivery fees are not refundable. If goods are not insured and are lost or damaged during return shipping, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Special items (free bars, t-shirts, etc.) must also be returned if the associated item is returned. A refund cannot be guaranteed if these items are not returned with.

Damaged or wrong deliveries

If it should happen that you have received a damaged delivery or the wrong item from us, please write an e-mail to our support service at info[at]gigasnutrition.com within 24 hours. Damages in transit must be reported by the customer in writing, by e-mail, no later than 24 hours after the arrival of the goods. He also has to notify the post office in writing within 24 hours. Gigas Nutrition can otherwise not grant any right to rectification.
