Inflammation is an important aspect of athletic success, supporting healing and recovery after a hard workout (1). Brief, acute exercise-induced inflammatory responses are critical for muscle growth and increased strength (2). They initiate important growth processes and promote glucose uptake by the muscles (3). Otherwise, they also play a critical role in converting dormant satellite cells into fully developed muscle cells (4) and can lower myostatin levels that may otherwise limit muscle growth (5). Thus, without inflammation, neither ideal muscle growth nor optimal strength gains would be possible. But unfortunately, inflammation can also quickly get out of hand, causing inflammation levels to rise too high. The consequences of this can include not only severely limited recovery or joint and muscle pain. Chronic inflammation is one of the triggers for many diseases and illnesses. Studies have found links between highly elevated levels of inflammation and diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and Alzheimer's disease (6,7,8,9,10,11).

Ingredients of Anti Inflammation

Anti Inflammation by Gods Rage with its potent active ingredient matrix can help relieve inflammation and thereby accelerate regeneration processes. For this purpose, Anti Inflammation uses highly effective herbal active ingredients. These have been used for years in the field of traditional medicine of various cultures and their effect has been proven in numerous studies. One ingredient used in Anti Inflammation is bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme that occurs naturally in the pineapple fruit. It is primarily known for its protein digestion and absorption support properties. But it also has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. According to researchers, this is due in part to its ability to reduce the body's levels of the pro-inflammatory compounds cyclooxygenase-2 (COX2), TNF-alpha, TNF-beta, IFN-y and prostaglandin E2 (PGE-2) (12). Similarly, bromelain blocked the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in subjects of a scientific study via inhibition of ERK-2 transmission (12). Bromelain appears to be particularly effective for joint conditions such as arthritis. In studies, it not only relieved joint pain and swelling, but also reduced joint stiffness in test subjects (13,14). In addition to this, in one study, bromelain was able to reduce muscle soreness after a workout and significantly accelerate the healing of exercise-related muscle damage (15,16). Another ingredient used is berberine. Berberine is an alkaloid that can be obtained from barberry, among other plants. It has been used for several years in various ancient medical systems such as traditional Chinese medicine and Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Although berberine is primarily known for its blood sugar-lowering effects, it also has pronounced anti-inflammatory effects according to scientific studies (17,18). These ingredients are complemented by curcumin. Curcumin is particularly known for its potent anti-inflammatory properties, which studies have shown to rival even some anti-inflammatory drugs (19,20,21). According to researchers, these effects are based, among other things, on inhibition of endogenous pro-inflammatory compounds such as COX-2, TNF-alpha, and NF-KB, which play a key role in chronic inflammation (19,22). In this context, it is also interesting that curcumin was able to combat inflammation at the molecular level in a study (23,24).

Anti Inflammation by Gods Rage combines potent ingredients to provide optimal support for your body when it comes to fighting inflammation levels. This means that nothing stands in your way on your way to greater performance. So what are you waiting for, Valhalla is calling you.
