Consumption recommendation
Intake recommendation:
One capsule daily. Since Rhodiola has a mild stimulant effect, it is best taken in the morning or during the first half of the day. For maximum effect, Rhodiola should be taken on an empty stomach. The recommended dosage should not be exceeded, as Rhodiola loses some of its desirable effects in excessive doses.
Notes
Since Rhodiola inhibits the enzyme CYP3A4 (1), which is responsible for the degradation of various drugs, the use of Yggdrasil in combination with medications should be discussed in advance with the attending physician, as it may be necessary to adjust the drug dosage. Since the effects of Rhodiola Rosea in pregnant and breastfeeding women have not yet been adequately studied, this group of people should not use Rhodiola Rosea as a precaution.
