Consumption recommendation
The beneficial effect is achieved when at least 3 grams of creatine are taken daily. In the first week (loading phase) take a maximum of 20 g of creatine per day. In the period thereafter, dissolve 1 serving (5 g) of 100% creatine daily in 400 ml of liquid and take it after training on an empty stomach with simple carbohydrates. Never take more than 10 grams at a time.
