5-Spice Powder Premium

The 5-spice powder is a traditional Chinese mixture. Instead of normal pepper, Szechuan pepper is often used. The Spicebar 5-spice powder we produce with the rare and highly aromatic Andaliman pepper. This allows us to achieve a very full-bodied compositon with a slight citrus note. Perfect in meat dishes!
