Consumption recommendation
Warrior, Stir 2 (25 g) lightly heaped Valhalla Pump scoops into at least 300-500 ml of water and shake the shaker vigorously for 1 minute. Drink this mixture 30-45 minutes before the start of your workout. Then drink another 300 ml of clear water.
