Why is Protein on the Way an incredibly good and convenient source of protein?

Protein on the Way is a ready-to-eat, no-preparation, high-quality liquid protein source for on-the-go. Thanks to its high protein content and lightweight packaging in the form of a convenient 300 ml tetrapack, Protein on the Way fits in any pocket or glove compartment. So you can benefit from an optimal source of protein anytime and anywhere. According to our market research, there is no liquid protein product on the market so far that has a higher percentage of high-quality protein per 100 ml and per pack than our Protein on the Way. At this point, don't be fooled by the numerous, highly concentrated protein and amino acid shots that advertise a higher protein content. The ingredient list speaks a clear language here and shows that the protein contained primarily consists of hydrolyzed collagen. This is an incomplete protein source with a biological value of less than 20, which lacks important essential amino acids and against which even the generally disdained wheat protein can shine. Of course, Protein on the Way from GN Laboratories is much more than just another convenient on-the-go protein product. We wouldn't be GN Laboratories if we hadn't optimized Protein on the Way in every way to deliver the best possible product that everyone can benefit from to the maximum.

Protein on the Way is a quickly digestible source of protein. Similar to Whey Protein, shortly after consumption leads to a rapid and especially strong increase in amino acid levels in the blood. These factors make Protein on the Way an excellent alternative to ordinary whey protein. In addition, it is also a source of protein that is perfect for pre- and post-workout use. Due to the rapid delivery of amino acids, Protein on the Way, when consumed before a workout, can increase blood amino acid levels during exercise. This can prevent an exercise-induced catabolic state that promotes muscle breakdown during exercise (1). Furthermore, the amino acids contained in the product quickly convert this state into an anabolic state after training, which promotes muscle growth. In addition to this, however, the regeneration is also significantly accelerated, which can also have a positive effect on muscle building (2).

Protein on the Way has an incredibly high natural content of the anabolic branched-chain amino acid L-leucine for a natural protein source. Only whey protein contains even more leucine, but this is just 10% more. Small differences like this do not really make a significant effect in practice (3). Studies that have looked at the effect of L-leucine have shown that it stimulates protein synthesis via activation of the mTOR pathway and thus significantly increases it (4). Moreover, the studies but also showed that for protein-induced stimulation of protein synthesis, L-leucine is mainly - if not exclusively - responsible (1). These results mean that the amount of L-leucine contained in Protein on the Way can significantly accelerate muscle building by stimulating protein synthesis. One tetrapack of Protein on the Way contains what is considered the "magic" amount of about 2.5 grams of leucine. Magical because 2.5 grams of le ucine was able to maximally stimulate protein synthesis in subjects of one study, and larger amounts did not result in greater stimulation of protein synthesis (5). That this is not just gray theory has also been shown in the course of numerous scientific studies. For example, studies have shown that protein contained in eggs has a more anabolic effect than the same amount of soy protein or wheat protein. However, it also elicits a greater increase in lean body mass than either of these protein sources (6). Another study, conducted at McMaster University under the direction of Dr. Stuart Phillips, showed that consumption of just 5 grams of "egg protein" after exercise significantly increased protein synthesis rates and accelerated recovery (7). Protein on the Way from GN Laboratories is also a source of protein during a diet, which can bring many benefits. A study conducted at St. Louis University was able to show that Egg Protein optimally satiated the test subjects and thus the food intake could be reduced throughout the day (8). At the same time, Protein on the Way provides large amounts of high-quality protein, which helps to counteract muscle loss during dieting or competition preparation (6,9,10). Another serious advantage for anyone looking to maximize their protein intake while minimizing calories should be the fact that our Protein on the Way contains no fat or carbohydrates. Yes, that's what it looks like: 0 grams of carbs and 0 grams of fat - and that's with a whopping 30 grams of protein per pack. So more protein per calorie than Protein on the Way is virtually impossible!

For whom is Protein on the Way particularly suitable?

Actually, Protein on the Way is an excellent natural source of protein for virtually any healthy and active person. However, certain groups of people can especially benefit from Protein on the Way. For example, people who are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk protein cannot consume protein sources such as whey protein or casein. Since Protein on the Way does not contain lactose or milk protein, it is generally readily usable by people who consider themselves to belong to these groups of people. Other examples include dieters who are looking for a well-satiating protein source that provides a maximum amount of protein with a minimum amount of calories. People who travel a lot and want a convenient, ready-to-eat, high-quality protein source they can take with them wherever they go. Intense exercisers who need a high-quality protein source to consume before and after workouts to stimulate protein synthesis and recovery, and anyone else who can quickly benefit from a tasty serving of protein

Optimal times for consumption of protein on the way

Of course, Protein on the Way can be consumed at any time for an extra boost of high-quality protein. However, there are times when consuming Protein on the Way can be especially beneficial. One of those times is before a workout to provide anabolic amino acids to hard-working muscles during a workout. As discussed earlier, this can help prevent a training-induced catabolic environment that promotes muscle breakdown in the first place (9,10). Another optimal time is after training to transform a training-induced catabolic environment into an anabolic, muscle-building environment as quickly as possible. This can maximize protein synthesis and muscle gain and accelerate recovery, as described earlier in the text. Protein on the Way is also ideal between main meals or as a meal replacement or snack. Especially during a diet to achieve a good saturation with few calories and to optimally protect the muscles from a diet-induced catabolic muscle breakdown.

If you have Protein on the Way with you, diet-related muscle loss will no longer be a problem. Protein on the Way by GN Laboratories - because in the end only results count.
