Weight Gainer/High Calorie Meal Replacement Shakes

As such, one generally refers to powder mixtures of various representatives of the weight and muscle-building macronutrients in high doses. By dissolving them in water or milk, one has a relatively high amount of calories and only a minimal amount of time, as well as only a fraction of the feeling of fullness that actually occurs. One would like to make it easier for the user to gain weight in this convenient way and leave the stomach as unencumbered as possible for further meals.

The disadvantage of many weight gainers

On the one hand, shakes of this type are often unfortunately equipped with low-quality ingredients to produce the desired amount of calories. Thus, poorly digestible carbohydrates as well as a much too high sugar content are built. As a result, the shakes, if at all, can only be used directly after training, whereby the usually too high carbohydrates, especially the sugar content in most users lead to an "overload" and thus to fat storage. On the other hand, gainers are usually anything but individually tailored for the user. The above-mentioned often too high carbohydrate or sugar content thus usually meets a very modest amount of protein, so that an arbitrary narrowing of the recommended portion often means only a little less sugar and in comparison much too little protein.

So why Big Zone Masstiff?

This product is probably less a typical gainer. Much more you have here a balanced mix of ingredients to replace or supplement a complete, nutrient-rich meal. The carbohydrates are provided in complex and easily digestible form from oats. In about the same proportion, high-quality German whey protein concentrate provides an adequate amount of protein. In addition, the calories here were not driven up by cheap sugar, but by healthy, medium-chain fats in the form of coconut milk powder. Appropriate enzymes have been added to ensure optimal digestion and absorption, and also to minimize stomach bloat. Due to the almost 50/50 ratio of carbohydrates to proteins, the dosage can also be increased and decreased without any problems, just as the user likes and aims. So, in the right dosage, this shake can be either a strong weight gainer, a meal replacement shake, or even like a balanced diet supporter.
