Give your joints everything they need to function optimally, benefit from optimal protection against joint problems and quickly regain full, pain-free function if the worst happens

On the supplement market today, you can find a variety of supplements that are supposed to help with joint problems and joint pain and promote the regeneration and reconstruction of the joints. These products have proven to be effective for many athletes and often contain tried and tested active ingredients. Why then was there a need for yet another new formula to promote joint regeneration and health, and what sets Joint Cissus Complex apart from the rest of the products on the market?

The answer is simple: while most products contain only one or at most two active ingredients, the Joint Cissus Complex combines four of the most effective and proven active ingredients that can promote and support the regeneration and reconstruction of the joints. And here's the best part: despite the large number of active ingredients contained, the dosages of the individual active ingredients turn out to be at least as high as those of most mono-preparations available on the market! And that's not all: in addition to promoting joint health, one of the innovative ingredients in Joint Cissus Complex has an anti-catabolic effect, as it can lower cortisol levels and maintain a positive nitrogen balance. So with Joint Cissus Complex, you're not only doing your joints some good, you're also supporting your muscle building progress at the same time!

Why Joint Cissus Complex is so effective and powerful is best explained by a brief look at the four active ingredients it contains:

1. glucosamine sulfate

From a chemical point of view, glucosamine is a compound of a glucose molecule and an amino acid. In the human body, glucosamine is an important building block of joint cartilage. The basic idea behind glucosamine supplementation is that an adequate supply of this essential building block of joint cartilage to the body could promote joint regeneration and repair.

In fact, there are numerous studies and countless testimonials from users that suggest glucosamine can support and promote the repair of injuries and wear and tear of joint cartilage. Such repair of injuries and wear and tear, also known as arthritis, improves joint mobility and reduces joint pain. In addition, there are studies that indicate that oral glucosamine supplementation can stimulate the production of additional synovial fluid. This synovial fluid acts as a lubricant in the joints and the more synovial fluid there is, the better and smoother the joints can move.

In addition to repairing already damaged joints, glucosamine supplementation with heavy weights could also help weight-training athletes prevent joint problems that might otherwise occur sooner or later as a result of repeated heavy loading of the joints.

Glucosamine Sulfate is well absorbed by the body when taken orally and can be absorbed 98% due to its small molecular size. Since glucosamine is not a pain reliever, but a building block to promote the repair and rebuilding of joint cartilage, it may take one to two months for the effects to be felt, but in return, these results are permanent in nature and remain even after the active ingredient is discontinued.

2. chondroitin sulfate

In addition to glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate is an important component of articular cartilage that increases the resistance of articular cartilage to compression and increases the water content of articular cartilage. In addition, chondroitin is an essential building block necessary for the structural integrity of the tissues of articular cartilage. Chondroitin forms much of the mass of articular cartilage and a depletion or deficiency of chondroitin sulfate is considered one of the most common causes of degenerative arthritis of the joints.

There are numerous scientific studies and user testimonials that indicate that supplementation with chondroitin sulfate can promote the rebuilding of damaged articular cartilage and counteract signs of wear and tear on joints caused by heavy loads by inhibiting the destruction of articular cartilage. Because of these effects, chondroitin sulfate may reduce joint discomfort and joint pain and improve joint mobility and resilience, according to reports from users. In practice, a combination of chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine sulfate has been found to be particularly effective, which is likely due to a synergistic interaction of these two active ingredients.

Supplementation with chondroitin sulfate is also supported by the fact that many scientists consider degenerative wear and tear of the joints, also known as osteoarthritis, to be a deficiency disease, which is partly due to a lack of important building blocks of the articular cartilage.

3. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)

Methylsulfonylmethane which is also known as sulfonyl sulfur is a natural source of biologically active sulfur and consists of 34% elemental sulfur. Sulfur is the eighth most abundant chemical element in the body and a component of well over one hundred important compounds in the human body. Among other things, sulfur is an important component of collagen, which is a component of articular cartilage. In addition to its important function in the formation of articular cartilage, methylsulfonylmethane is said by scientists to have anti-inflammatory properties as well as antioxidant properties, making it an ideal complement to glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate in the treatment of and prevention of joint problems.

There are some scientific studies that show that there was a significant reduction in joint pain in subjects who suffered from osteoarthritis of the joints by supplementing with methylsulfonylmethane compared to a placebo.

4. cissus quadrangularis extract

Cissus Quadrangularis has been used since ancient times as a medicinal plant, said to have analgesic, antibacterial and antioxidant effects.

Scientific research has shown that cissus can help reduce joint pain and swelling due to arthritis or other joint problems (1, 2). This is due in part to the pronounced anti-inflammatory properties of this medicinal plant (3)

Furthermore, Cissus Quadrangularis may promote bone health, counteract bone loss, and accelerate the healing of broken bones (4, 5, 6). In addition to this, Cissus Quadrangularis also appears to promote the reconstruction of damaged tendons and ligaments according to research.

And as if this were not enough, there are studies that indicate a weight loss promoting effect as well as a significant anti-catabolic effect of Cissus Quadrangularis (7). This anticatabolic effect is based, among other things, on a reduction of cortisol levels in the body and promotes a positive nitrogen balance.

The Cissus Quadrangularis extract contained in Joint Cissus Complex is standardized to 40% total ketosterones and 20% 3-ketosterone.

5. hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid may be known to most primarily as a component of cosmetic products or as an ingredient in supplements marketed to promote a healthy appearance of the skin. Few, however, know that hyaluronic acid is an important component of joint cartilage, helping to cushion shock to joints, lubricate joints and protect joints from chronic inflammation and arthritis, among other benefits.

Supplementation with hyaluronic acid is particularly interesting for athletes training with heavy weights, as sufficient supply of the body with this compound promotes healthy and resistant joints, and a deficiency of hyaluronic acid can affect the health and function of the joints. In this context, it should be mentioned that factors such as smoking, the intake of vitamin C and others reduce the levels of hyaluronic acid in the human body, and thus it is very easy to unknowingly suffer from a hyaluronic acid deficiency.

But hyaluronic acid can do much more than help maintain healthy joints. Scientific research suggests that hyaluronic acid can actively help heal damaged joint tissue (16). Hyaluronic acid can also help with arthritis, according to scientific research, and in the medical field, this compound is used in the treatment of osteoporosis (17).

As an added bonus, hyaluronic acid supports healthy immune system function and acts as a powerful antioxidant in the body, counteracting damage to cells and body tissue from the harmful effects of free radicals.

This combination of effective natural ingredients speaks for itself. When combined, these active ingredients naturally and effectively reduce existing joint pain while promoting the repair and regeneration of damaged and stressed joints. You can't ask for more from a supplement that promotes regeneration and joint health.

6. boswellia serata (frankincense)

Frankincense, which most may know primarily from religious rituals, is also an ancient remedy that has been used since ancient times as part of many traditional systems of medicine to relieve pain and inflammation, as well as to heal joints and treat arthritis.

Scientific research has shown that frankincense can indeed relieve joint pain, reduce joint swelling, and significantly improve mobility and overall function of affected joints in people suffering from osteoarthritis and other joint conditions (8, 9, 10).

This is likely to be based, among other things, on the anti-inflammatory effects of the constituents of frankincense. However, there is also evidence that frankincense may also have a direct analgesic effect and increase pain tolerance (11, 12).

7. type II UC-II® collagen

Type II collagen represents the main component of cartilage - including articular cartilage - in the human body and should not be confused with Type I collagen, which is found in most other joint supplements. This particular collagen variant is what gives joint cartilage its stretchy strength and elasticity.

UC-II Collagen features, among other things, excellent bioavailability and its abilities to protect articular cartilage from damage and wear, promote joint lubrication, and relieve painful joint inflammation.

What makes UC-II® collagen so unique is its incredible effect when it comes to relieving joint pain and restoring joint function in joint problems. Scientific research has shown that just 40 mg of UC-II® Type II Collagen is more effective than a combination of 1500 mg of glucosamine and 1200 mg of chondroitin (13). Several studies have further demonstrated that type II collagen can significantly reduce joint pain, joint swelling and mobility limitations (14, 15).

This combination of effective natural ingredients speaks for itself. When combined, these active ingredients naturally and effectively reduce existing joint pain while promoting the repair and regeneration of damaged and stressed joints. You can't ask for more from a supplement that promotes regeneration and joint health.

Don't let injuries stop you from building enormous amounts of muscle mass and becoming defined to the bone.

GN Joint Cissus Complex probably the most comprehensive and effective combination product to promote joint health and regeneration!
