Gamma-Oryzanol

Gamma Oryzanol ist eine Substanz, die aus Reiskleieöl extrahiert wird. Sie findet sich auch in Weizenkleie und einigen Obst- und Gemüsesorten wieder. Gamma Oryzanol wird von einigen Menschen als Medizin verwendet. Gamma Oryzanol wird bei hohen Cholesterinspiegeln, sowie Symptomen der Menopause und des Alterns eingesetzt. Einige Menschen verwenden Gamma Oryzanol zur Erhöhung der Testosteronspiegel und der Wachstumshormonspiegel, sowie zur Verbesserung der Kraft während eines Widerstandstrainings.

Wie wirkt Gamma Oryzanol?

Gamma Oryzanol könnte die Cholesterinspiegel durch eine Reduzierung der Absorption von Cholesterin aus der Nahrung senken.

Gamma Oryzanol wird außerdem häufig zur Behandlung der Menopause beworben, doch es ist unklar, ob es bei dieser Art der Anwendung wirkt. Einige Wissenschaftler vermuten, dass Gamma Oryzanol aufgrund seiner Auswirkungen auf das Luteinizing Hormon (LH) hilfreich sein könnte. Diese Wirkung wurde bisher jedoch noch nicht beim Menschen nachgewiesen. Einige Menschen verwenden Gamma Oryzanol zur Erhöhung der Testosteron- und Wachstumshormonspiegel. Gamma Oryzanol scheint jedoch keine Auswirkungen auf die Spiegel dieser Hormone zu besitzen. Mit Tieren durchgeführte Untersuchungen legen sogar nahe, dass Gamma Oryzanol die Testosteronproduktion reduzieren könnte.

Wie effektiv ist Gamma Oryzanol?

Gamma Oryzanol ist möglicherweise effektiv, wenn es zur Reduzierung der Cholesterinspiegel eingesetzt wird. Gamma Oryzanol scheint die Gesamtcholesterinspiegel, die Spiegel des schlechten LDL Cholesterins und die Triglyzeridspiegel signifikant zu senken. Die Wirkungen von Gamma Oryzanol auf die Spiegel des guten HDL Cholesterins sind weniger klar. Unterschiedliche Studien haben unterschiedliche Ergebnisse geliefert.

Es gibt nicht genügend wissenschaftliche Daten, um eine Aussage bezüglich der Effektivität von Gamma Oryzanol bei einer Verwendung zur Erhöhung der Testosteron- und Wachstumshormonspiegel, zur Verbesserung der Kraft bei einem Widerstandstraining, sowie zur Behandlung von Symptomen der Menopause und des Alterns treffen zu können. Es bedarf weiterer wissenschaftlicher Untersuchungen, um die Effektivität von Gamma Oryzanol bei diesen Anwendungen bewerten zu können.

Sicherheit und Nebenwirkungen

Gamma Oryzanol ist für die meisten Erwachsenen möglicherweise sicher und unbedenklich. Die potentiellen Nebenwirkungen von Gamma Oryzanol sind jedoch nicht bekannt.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen und Warnungen

Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit: Es ist nicht genug über die Verwendung von Gamma Oryzanol während Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit bekannt. Aus diesem Grund sollten schwangere und stillende Frauen besser auf Benzoe verzichten.

  • Zur Senkung der Cholesterinspiegel: Die gewöhnliche Dosis Gamma Oryzanol liegt bei 300 mg pro Tag. Bei einer Studie wurden 100 mg dreimal täglich verwendet.
