Omega-3 dietary supplement in softgel capsules with EPA and DHA

Unique, 70% omega-3 fatty acid content to protect the nervous and cardiovascular systems!

Mega Omega 3 in softgel capsule form contains a particularly high proportion of 70% of fatty acids such as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) as well as vitamin E.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats, which means that they cannot be produced by the body itself, so we need to supply the right amount from external sources.

We know several types of omega-3 fatty acids. Their main source is sea fish (cod, tuna, salmon, mackerel, herring), but some plant foods also contain high levels of omega-3 fatty acids (e.g. linseed oil, rapeseed oil).

Although it is widely believed that polyunsaturated fatty acids (e.g. fish oil) have beneficial physiological properties, however, it is a common mistake that we do not consume enough of this type of fats.

Why should you take omega-3 capsules?

The DHA in the soft gelatin capsule Mega Omega 3 contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function * and vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against antioxidant stress.
