Consumption recommendation
Directions: 1 serving = 1 /3 of ampoule = 2 and ½ ampoule caps (20 ml) per day, take about 30 minutes before training. Shake well before consumption. 1 ampoule contains 3 servings. Once opened, store in a cool place and consume within 48 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Warning: increased caffeine content. Not recommended for children and pregnant or lactating women (caffeine content: 965 mg/ 100 ml; 193 mg/ 1 serving = 1 /3 of ampoule (20 ml)). The product should not be used by people with heart disease or hypertension, as well as individual intolerance to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the daily dose of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg per unit. Do not take other caffeine-containing products at the same time (e.g., other dietary supplements, coffee). The product should not be taken directly before going to bed. Consumption of the product may cause slight tingling or numbness. This is a temporary symptom associated with the strong influence of beta-alanine. It has no effect on health. Keep out of reach of small children.
